My fitness journey began November 2017. My body changed drastically when I had my son. I was unhappy with my body image, I had loose skin, stretch marks, and had no muscle mass. I was very unhealthy and my confidence level was super low. I decided to sign up for a gym membership and I remember being super intimidated by all these strong women at the gym. Until i decided to wake up, stop making excuses, and focused on myself at the gym. It was my escape to let out all my anger, stress, and feel an adrenaline rush when I lifted the weights. I want women to feel confident, have a strong looking physique, and FEEL powerful. The gym now is my therapy and I live a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to motivate, inspire, and help women create a balance lifestyle through busy work schedules.
