16 WEEK TRAINING PHASE
This 16-week workout plan will be tailored by me to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. We all have different bodies, not all plans can be the same for everyone. This 16 week training phase will include:
*3-5x days of training (depending on client schedule)
*assistance with calorie/macro tracking
*Grocery list
*Customized for either gym or at home workouts
*check-ins and direct communication with me for any questions or comments
INSTRUCTIONS AFTER PURCHASE:
**You will receive an email with a questionnaire for you to complete. Please allow approx. 10-12 business days for your plan to be sent upon completion of your questionnaire. Your plan is customized for you, I ensure your plan is perfect as it will take me some time.
