12 WEEK TRAINING PHASE

This custom 12-week phase will be tailored by me to help you achieve your specific fitness goals. We all have different bodies, not all plans can be the same for everyone. This 12 week phase will include:

-5x days of training per week

-assistance with calorie/macro breakdown and how to track 

-generic grocery list

-customized for gym/home workouts that can be done at the comfort of your home

-weekly check-ins and direct communication with me for any questions or concerns.

 

INSTRUCTIONS AFTER PURCHASE:

You will receive an email with a questionnaire for you to complete. Please allow 10-12 business days for me to send you your custom plan once I receive your questionnaire. Your plan is customized for you, I ensure your plan is perfect as it will take me some time.
