WHY IN PERSON TRAINING?
If you are looking to get back into a structured routine, need more accountability, more knowledge on form correction and tips with workouts then you have came to the right place!!!!!
In person training with me is great for ladies who are stuck in their fitness journey, struggling to lose weight, gaining muscle, lacking discipline, or need help with nutrition.
IF program is paid in full through ZELLE : I am providing the training for $500
$125 OFF if PAID IN FULL.
I accept payments, please go through SHOP PAY OR SEZZLE.
The program is for 6 consecutive weeks:
- Training will begin January 13th, 2025 - February 21st, 2025
- 3x a week (mon, wed and friday)
- 6:00 a.m. - 6:45 a.m.
- lower, upper, ab training, and full body days will be in your plan
The program will include:
- A GROUP TRAINING of 6 ladies
- 6 week custom meal plan tailored to your fitness goals
- structured training plan and can be modified as the weeks go by for strength improvement, mobility, correcting form)
- PDF generic grocery list + a supplement guide to begin (optional)
- weekly check in every FRIDAY that will include updated pictures, InBody Scan, new weight, any cheat meals, (more info on how to properly check in before we begin) this is a requirement !! Failure to do so may result in program cancellation.

- GROUP CHAT with all the ladies for positive encouragement
Terms/conditions/policies:
**NO VIDEO RECORDINGS will be taken during our sessions** | from both you and I 🫶🏼 please and thank you for privacy reasons.
- Training Location will be sent in a private message/email once the program is purchased.
- There are no makeup days for training sessions.
- In the event that you miss a day/ can’t make it / get sick, and show up more than 10 minutes late will result in a no call/no show and the session cannot be a make up. (please let me know 48hrs in advance if you cannot make it.)
- Once the program is purchased there no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges! No EXCEPTIONS*
